What Our Guarantee Covers:

  • Covered pests under your selected service plan
  • Free re-service within the warranty period if pest activity persists

Warranty Periods:

  • One-time services: up to 90 days (depending on pest type)
  • Recurring plans: ongoing coverage between scheduled visits

Conditions of the Guarantee:

  • Preparation and recommendations provided by our technician must be followed
  • Applies to early to moderate infestations
  • Access must be provided for follow-up visits if required

Exclusions:

  • Severe or uncontrolled infestations
  • Re-infestation from neighbouring units (apartments/condos)
  • New pest introductions after treatment
  • Structural or sanitation issues beyond our control
